Where We Ship
Our e-shop, montecarloshop.gr, send any product in stock in every city in Greece. We ship everyday, except weekends and public holidays.
Pricing
The prices on our website, montecarloshop.gr, are final, including VAT. In each product’s pricing, shipping cost, as well as cash on delivery charge, are not included.
Shipping Cost and Cash On Delivery
• Shipping Cost: Free for orders over 89€
• Shipping Cost: 3,50€ for orders below 89€
• Cash on Delivery : 3,50€ for orders below 89€
• Cash on Delivery: Free for orders over 89€
Confirming Your Order
When you check-out, you are receiving from montecarloshop.gr, via e-mail, your order confirmation with every detail of your order, such as quantities, costs and order number. Please, make sure that you have correctly filled your e-mail on the order form.
Shipping Time
Shipping usually takes place the following working day for every in-stock product. For any product, which is not in stock at the time, please contact us on 2104133473, for more information.
In case that a product of your order is accidentally out of stock, then montecarloshop.gr is going to contact you through e-mail/phone call, to inform you about when we are going to restock. If the restock time is not convenient to the customer, he has the right to retract his order.
Shipping Methods
Shipping is conducted by ELTA courier, at the exact place, you indicated on your order.
Also, you are able to collect in store every in-stock product, at Monte Carlo, Praxitelous 150, in Piraeus.
The company GERAPETRITIS EMMANOUIL “MONTE CARLO” is not responsible for any shipping delays, that are due to: extreme weather conditions or the impossibility of the courier company to fulfil its responsibilities, for any reason. In all cases, we are committed to inform the customers about the progress of his order through phone call or e-mail.
